This darling 1904 house has lots of charm. It also has a new metal roof and solar panels as of 2024. It is a perfect combination of the past and the future. The solar panels provide almost all of the all-electric house's power needs.

The south side of the house empties out to the yard.

There is a big, beautiful kitchen with a pantry and adjacent dining room.

Plenty of room for a dinner party! There is a leaf to make the dining room table bigger.

The front room is a bright and welcoming space with two cozy couches, one which opens to a queen bed. Watch out for the octopus!

The living room is in the center of the house. We have new, as of 2024, heat pumps for heating and cooling. The wood stove is for emergency back-up heat in case of an extended power outage. 

The west bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

The east bedroom has a king-sized bed that can also be a daybed sofa. This room also doubles as an office with a work desk and bookshelves.

The main bathroom has a huge clawfoot bathtub. The back bathroom (not pictured) has a shower, no bath.

There is a 200 square foot yurt with a mini split heat pump and two twin beds. There is no kitchen or bathroom, it is like a really charming and cozy bedroom in the back yard.

You deserve a rest. In the hammock grove!

The south porch is a delightful place for a morning breakfast or an afternoon tea.

The front yard has a pleasant gathering spot.

Children will enjoy the play structure! Swings, climbing wall, slide, fort, and sandbox.

Adults and children alike will enjoy the yard and hammock.

The view of the Wallowa Mountains is breathtaking!
