This darling 1904 house has lots of charm. It also has a new metal roof and solar panels as of 2024. I will update these photos soon!

The south side of the house empties out to the yard.

The wood stove room is in the center of the house. We have new, as of 2024, heat pumps for heating and cooling. But the wood stove is back-up and great for a winter night.

Great bookshelves. Alas, a previous tenant gave away the piano (without asking us!)

There is a big, beautiful kitchen with a pantry and adjacent dining room.

Plenty of room for a dinner party!

The main bathroom has a huge clawfoot bathtub. We have since added a shower. The back bathroom has a shower, no bath.

Lots of quirky touches like the locally made octopus coat rack.

Children will enjoy the play structure!

Adult and children alike will enjoy the yard and hammock.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking!
