AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism Course

I am offering an AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism Course every Sunday, 4:00 - 5:30 pm, January 7 - March 17 (except February 11). The class size will be five or six students. We will meet for 90 minutes for 10 sessions. The cost is $600 per student. The course will meet in Suite #5 above Marcos Restaurant in Multnomah Village. This will be a fast-paced, crash-course that intends to prepare students who are already in AP Physics C: Mechanics for the AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism exam.

 

I need five students to commit to this by Sunday, November 26. If there are fewer than five students interested, I will need to think this through and make a new plan. If there are more than six students interested, I will do my best to figure out a plan that works.

 

I will reserve Sunday, March 24 - May 5, 2024, for up to seven more sessions if we deem this necessary. We will make that decision in early March.

 

Students in the class can also sign up for individual one-on-one study sessions with me at the rate of $100/hour.

 

This course is not affiliated with PPS or Ida B. Wells High School. Students will not get PPS credit for the course. 

 

Students will be allowed to sign up for the AP C: E & M exam through PPS and Ida B. Wells High School. Details on how to do that will be posted here as soon as possible.
