Fat City Cafe Fundraiser

The owners of the Fat City Cafe will donate 10% of sales the first Wednesday or each month beginning Wednesday, December 6, 2023

Helen and Mark Johnson, owners of the cafe, have been exceedingly generous to the Smart City Learning Cafe since the beginning in January 2022. They loan us use of their cafe for free every Wednesday night. When Amy and I dined there recently, as we do every couple of weeks, Helen offered this fundraising idea. She just offered it out of the blue, we did not ask. Wow!

All you need to do is to head to Fat City Cafe for breakfast or lunch on the first Wednesday of any month. Helen will make sure the Learning Cafe gets 10% of the day's sales. Make sure to tell Helen thanks for supporting the Smart City Learning Cafe!

Fat City Cafe is at 7820 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219. Hours: 7 am - 2 pm every day.
